During his final eight years at NAB as Head of Risk and Operations, Ian played an instrumental role in shaping the bank's commercial broker proposition, where he was responsible for defining risk appetite and overseeing all operational and risk matters within the commercial broker market.
His comprehensive understanding of both the commercial broker market and the broader finance industry has been transformative for Podium Money's expansion into commercial lending. Ian's wealth of experience ensures the delivery of superior service to all commercial clients, while his strategic insights continue to drive the company's growth in this crucial sector.
