With an extensive 13-year career in finance, Nikita brings exceptional commitment and expertise to Podium Money. Beginning as an asset finance broker, she enhanced her qualifications with a Diploma of Mortgage Broking. Her career progression through roles including Settlement Officer, Loan Associate, and Mortgage Broker led naturally to leadership positions. As a Loan Associate Team Leader, she successfully managed both onshore and offshore teams, while developing crucial processes for Loan Associates and Mortgage Brokers within a growing organisation. Her scope expanded to include Business Intelligence and Operations, supporting the National Lending Manager.
Complementing her finance career, Nikita served seven years in the Army Reserves as a Command Support Clerk. This experience fostered strong leadership capabilities, discipline, organisational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. In her current role as Operations Manager at Podium Money, Nikita leverages this diverse experience to optimise business processes, enhance team efficiencies, and elevate the overall client experience. Her vision and meticulous attention to detail continue to drive positive outcomes for the organisation.
