Since beginning her finance career at NAB in 2011, Penny has built impressive expertise across personal lending, accounts, insurance, compliance, and customer service. After advancing to a customer advisor position, she specialised in home lending at Bendigo Bank from 2016 before joining the Podium Geelong team as a loan analyst, where she has expanded her knowledge in residential investment and owner-occupied lending.
Armed with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Penny is currently completing her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking under Laura's mentorship to become a fully licensed mortgage broker. Her career has honed exceptional customer service capabilities and sales aptitude. Penny takes pride in building strong client relationships and approaches her work with high levels of initiative, empathy, and determination.
